Simple! Either drop me an email or give me a call to check I am available – we can have a chat, and then arrange an invoice to be sent out.
Yes, it’s £100 non-refundable to secure the date.
2 weeks before your wedding date.
Yes, always tell them. A photographer is expected but not so much with a videographer. A church may ask you to pay a small extra fee and obtain a music license, if so let me know and I can organise this (link and info below). https://www.prsformusic.com/licences/releasing-music-products/limited-manufacture
‘The Limited Manufacture (LM) licence is quick, affordable and grants you ‘blanket’ permission to legally use any music in your own CDs, DVDs or videos (and other formats) – that’s any music, from any genre, by any artist including the names, from Elvis, The Beatles to Adele and Ed Sheeran.’
I am happy to organise this. https://www.prsformusic.com/licences/releasing-music-products/limited-manufacture
Yes, of course, just send me a list a few days before.
Candid/ reportage/ natural (all the same thing!) photos are my most favourite to take. If you’d just like natural photos throughout the day then I am happy with that! It’s your day so I don’t want you to feel like you’ve had to fake smile for most of it!
The feature-length video is roughly around 60mins.
A highlights video will be between 5 – 10mins max.
Every wedding is different, however on average the minimum number of photos you will receive will be 500.
The deposit is non-refundable, however, if you paid early then your full amount is refundable up to 2 weeks prior, after that it’s non-refundable as this wouldn’t allow me enough time to rebook a wedding.
Photography – initially an online gallery that stays online for 6 months with full-sized images for you and your loved ones to download for free. Then I’ll put all photos on a personally inscribed USB stick.Videography – I’ll initially send you a link and then once you’ve approved it I will send out your wedding on a personally inscribed USB. PLEASE NOTE: it’s incredibly important that you back up your USB stick content as they are easily corrupted and do not have a lifetime guarantee.
